CNOOC (HKG:0883, SHA:600938) appointed Mu Xiuping as chief financial officer effective Wednesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
She took over the role from Wang Xin due to a change of appointment.
Mu previously served as general manager of PetroChina's (SHA:601857, HKG:0857) finance department and chief accountant of China Petroleum Engineering (SHA:600339).
