Ryman Hospitality Properties to Expand Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville

Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP) said Thursday it plans to expand its Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, by adding roughly 108,000 square feet of carpeted meeting space with a $131 million investment.

The planned expansion is expected to be completed by spring 2027, the real estate investment trust said, adding it expects to fund the expansion via cash on hand and available funds under a revolving credit facility.
