智通财经APP讯，康圣环球(09960)发布公告，内容有关(其中包括)(i)基准医疗(香港)与目标外商独资企业国内卖方有条件同意将目标外商独资企业的100%股本权益转让予康圣武汉外商独资企业;及(ii)基准医疗(香港)有条件同意将目标美国公司的100%股本权益转让予公司之须予披露交易。基于收购事项的先决条件俱已达成╱获恰当豁免，于2025年1月24日，收购事项已根据交易协议、修订协议及(如适用)相关的具体转让协议╱文件完成：(i)目标外商独资企业的100%股本权益已转让予康圣武汉外商独资企业，及(ii)目标美国公司的49%股本权益已转让予公司。
鉴于收购事项已于完成日期完成，于2025年1月24日，公司根据交易协议，以每股股份1.42港元的代价股份价格向Wuxi Anchor发行1586.95万股股份，并向 OrbiMed发行4356.18万股股份。
