Starhill Global REIT (SGX:P40U) extended the master tenancy agreement for its Lot 10 property with Katagreen Development for another three year term, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Katagreen, a subsidiary of YTL Berhad, exercised the call option for the property under its existing agreement with the total annual rent increasing to 37.8 million ringgit per year, a 6% increase over the the rent payable in the previous three-year term.
