Blink Charging (BLNK) said Tuesday that the US Securities and Exchange Commission has concluded its investigation into the company without recommending an enforcement action.
The resolution of the matter is expected to lower legal expenses and reduce overall operating costs for the company, General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions Aviv Hillo said.
Shares of the company were down 7.1% in recent trading.
