　　摩根士丹利发布研究报告称，予恒隆地产（00101）“与大市同步”评级，目标价6.5港元。该行预测公司去年基本每股盈利将同比跌22%，较市场普遍预期低13%，主要是受到中国内地及香港租金EBIT受压，以及利息开支增加的影响。每股末期息料减至0.52元，与中期息减幅相若，惟派息仍相当于2024及2025年预测每股现金盈利的119%及125%，反映股息或有进一步风险。
