Trinity Capital (TRIN) has agreed to provide $30 million in growth capital to Silk Technologies to assist the privately-held software firm expand its cloud storage operations, Trinity said on Tuesday.
Specific financial details of the funding package were not disclosed, but Trinity typically organizes up to $100 million in debt funding for its client companies, such as senior or subordinate debt, loans and hybrid packages that can also include equity co-investment, according to its website.
Trinity funded $297 million in total investments during Q4 2024.
