智通财经APP讯，晨鸣纸业(01812)公布，公司近日接到第一大股东晨鸣控股有限公司(以下简称“晨鸣控股”)函告，获悉其所持有公司的部分股份办理了解除质押及股份质押业务、部分股份被冻结。
2025年1月16日，晨鸣控股合共解除质押2738.5万股股份。2025年1月17日，晨鸣控股合共质押约1.11亿股公司股份。1月22日，晨鸣控股被冻结约3.66亿股所持公司股份。
