Generali to contribute around 600 bln euros in assets to BPCE deal

*BPCE WILL CONTRIBUTE 1.3 TRILLION EUROS IN AUM TO NEW ENTITY, GENERALI AROUND 600 BILLION EUROS
*VERY CONFIDENT THAT BENEFITS FROM BPCE DEAL FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING ITALY WILL BE RECOGNISED, WHEN ASKED ABOUT 'GOLDEN POWER' REVIEW OF DEAL
