新浪科技讯 1月21日晚间消息，海底捞后台数据显示，截止到1月21日，全国海底捞已接到除夕当日用餐预订约4万桌。2025年春节，将有超800家海底捞火锅在除夕开门迎客，超1000家门店在大年初一开门。从初二开始，全国超1300家海底捞火锅则全面恢复正常营业。

　　海底捞相关负责人表示，目前在海底捞火锅团年聚餐的热度逐渐攀升，公司年会、大学生聚会等团餐需求会在1月22日“小年”这天达到顶峰，随后的春节前夕，家宴团聚的需求则显著上升。
