智通财经APP讯，飞天云动(06610)发布公告，本公司获汪磊先生(汪先生)及李艳浩先生(李先生)告知，于2025年1月21日，Brainstorming Cafe透过同时购回Li BVI于Brainstorming Cafe所持有的 1279 股股份完成转让 9823.44万股股份(占本公告日期本公司已发行股本总额约5.43%)予Li BVI(转让)。
待转让完成后，李先生将直接控制其于本公司的全部股权(占本公告日期本公司已发行股本总额的5.45%)，且不再为本公司的控股股东。汪先生、Wang BVI、Cyber Warrior及Brainstorming Cafe仍将继续为本公司的控股股东。
