华侨银行公布2025年经济展望，华侨银行香港经济师姜静表示，该行预期未来数季港元利率将逐步走低，港元利率可能在下行趋势中落后于美元利率，料3个月香港银行同业拆息(HIBORs)可能在2025年中跌至3.60-3.80%区域，预期今年第一季香港最优惠利率将会下调25个基点。

对于美国减息，她表示，该行的基本预测为，2025年第一季、第二季和第三季联邦基金利率各下调25个基点，2025年合共下调75个基点，在2025年底将达3.5-3.75%，但预期可能在本月或会暂停减息。

香港楼市方面，她指出，面对高利率环境、经济复苏乏力及房屋供应增加，住宅物业市场于2024年持续整固，预期今年楼价跌幅由0至3%，但今年楼价有机会见底，预期在第一季会录得降幅，其后走势将会回稳。
