智通财经APP讯，中集集团(02039)公布，2025年1月20日，公司2025年度第一期中期票据(科创票据)及2025年度第二期中期票据(科创票据)发行完成，募集资金已于2025年1月21日到账。第一期中期票据的发行金额为人民币10亿元，其中人民币6亿元用于公司及下属子公司补充流动资金，人民币4亿元用于公司偿还到期债务融资工具;第二期中期票据的发行金额为人民币10亿元，拟用于公司偿还到期债务融资工具。
