智通财经APP讯，中国航天万源(01185)发布公告，就本公司日期为2023年9月29日的公布所披露的关于甘肃省高级人民法院就人民币2.3亿元的贷款合同违约做出的上诉判决(人民币2.3亿元上诉判决)，本公司近日收到中华人民共和国最高人民法院(最高人民法院)就人民币 2.3亿元上诉判决的再审申请作出的裁定书，裁定书驳回人民币2.3亿元上诉判决的再审申请。
就本公司日期为2023年9月29日的公布所披露的关于甘肃省高级人民法院就人民币6500万元的贷款合同违约做出的上诉判决(人民币6500万元上诉判决)，公司代表已于2025年1月15日出席由最高人民法院召开的庭前询问会议，截至本公布日期，本公司尚未收到有关裁决书。
就目前而言，本公司将保留采取后续法律程序的权利并继续评估诉讼对本公司的影响，以维护本公司合法权益，并将于适当时候以公布形式知会其股东及其他投资者有关上述事宜的任何重大进展。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
