格隆汇1月23日丨优必选(09880.HK)公告，截至2025年1月23日，公司股东QM25 LIMITED持有公司13,082,560股H股。于本公告日期，公司收到QM25 LIMITED的自愿性承诺函("自愿承诺")，自2025年1月24日起12个月内("限制时间")将不会通过二级市场竞价模式出售所持股份。
在上述限制时间内，QM25 LIMITED可以以其他方式出售所持股份，但前提条件是出售价格不低于每股港币180元(若公司在限制时间内发生派息、送股、资本公积转增股本、新增股本或配股等除权除息事项，前述价格应作相应调整)。
