智通财经APP讯，PACIFIC LEGEND(08547)发布公告，于2025年1月21日，卖方Miracle Ace International Limited(本公司的全资附属公司 )与买方张志强订立转让文据，卖方已同意出售而买方已同意收购销售股份，相当于出售公司(亮企有限公司及濠冠有限公司)的全部已发行股本，总代价为200万港元。
于完成后，出售公司将不再为本公司的附属公司，而出售公司的财务资料将不再并入本集团的综合财务报表。
经考虑当前物业市场及本公司财务状况，董事认为进行出售事项及变现出售公司持有的物业价值对本公司有利，而转让文据及其项下拟进行交易的条款乃按一般商业条款订立，属公平合理，并符合本公司及股东整体利益。
