根据周一的一份声明，航天基础设施公司Redwire(RDW.US)已同意以9.25亿美元的价格收购Edge Autonomy，投资者包括AE Industrial Partners。Redwire将支付1.5亿美元现金和7.75亿美元Redwire普通股收购Edge Autonomy。
