花旗发布研报称，将中国软件国际2024年每股盈利预测下调15%，以计入潜在的员工奖励或期权奖励支出。但调高2025和2026年营收预测2%，并大致维持盈利预测，以反映新兴业务进展，同时预期传统业务将温和复苏。该行预期，HarmonyOS应用程式为华为及其他企业客户开发的AI引擎/代理程式将成为支持性的驱动力。由于HarmonyOS及AI应用的逐步复苏和提升，该行将中软国际目标价由4.1港元升至5.1港元。
