金吾财讯 | 芯片股震荡走强，截至发稿，中芯国际(00981)涨3.81%，宏光半导体(06908)涨3.13%，地平线机器人(09660)涨1.09%，上海复旦(01385)和华虹半导体(01347)跟涨。消息面上，天眼查App显示，近日，国家人工智能产业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）成立，执行事务合伙人为国智投（上海）私募基金管理有限公司，出资额600.6亿人民币，经营范围包括以私募基金从事股权投资、投资管理、资产管理等活动。合伙人信息显示，该基金由国智投（上海）私募基金管理有限公司、国家集成电路产业投资基金三期股份有限公司共同出资。中信建投表示，美国BIS正式发布了一项全球AI管控新规，涉及GPU等硬件以及将AI模型权重纳入监管范围。虽然尚不清楚接下来的特朗普政府对于这一禁令会如何处理，但美国在科技领域对于中国的封锁持续已久，国产芯片在设计、制造等关键领域也在持续突破。在美国制裁持续升级的背景下，国产算力自立自强大势所趋，建议关注GPU、交换芯片、光芯片等关键环节。
