智通财经APP获悉，碧桂园服务(06098)早盘涨超9%，截至发稿，涨8.09%，报5.48港元，成交额1.17亿港元。
消息面上，碧桂园(02007)今日复牌，盘中涨幅扩大至30%。公司表示，已制定多项计划及措施，以缓解流动性压力并改善财务状况，包括积极采取债务管理措施、调整销售及预售活动、严格控制无效产能等。董事会认为公司有足够的营运资金以应付截至2025年12月31日止12个月的日常业务运作，并将继续持续运营。
此外，碧桂园服务近期发布公告，基于谨慎性原则，并根据减值测试结果拟对其中存在减值迹象的资产，即非全资附属碧桂园满国环境科技，相应计提约8亿至11亿人民币减值拨备。碧桂园服务表示集团营运资金充足，业务持续稳定运营，上述事件不会影响集团的正常经营。
