消息面上，南戈壁公布，1月10日，全资附属SGS收到蒙古税务争议解决委员会(TDRC)的决议，决定对SGS评估的税务罚款重新评估金额由约8000万美元下调至2650万美元。SGS有权于收到决议日期起计30天期限内就结果向政法院提出上诉。公司管理层现正与蒙古独立税务顾问审阅该决议，以评估是否应采取进一步行动。
