GHW INTL授出64万股奖励股份
财中社1月21日电GHW INTL（09933）发布公告，宣布根据股份奖励计划于2025年1月20日向四名董事及144名员工参与者授出合共64万股奖励股份，每股面值0.01港元。该奖励股份占公司已发行股份总数的约0.063%。奖励股份的授出价格为零，而授出日期的收市价为2.2港元，奖励股份的归属期为授出日期起计1年内。
此次授出的奖励股份没有附带表现目标或特定回拨机制，旨在通过股份拥有权将承授人的利益与公司股东利益直接结合，激励承授人对公司的持续贡献。根据公告，授出奖励的承授人包括四名执行董事和其他员工参与者，具体股份分配情况也已列出。此次授出已获薪酬委员会及董事会批准，且符合相关上市规则的豁免条件。
