碧桂园达成复牌指引，今起复牌！清盘呈请聆讯延期至5月26日
1月21日，碧桂园(02007.HK)发布公告，鉴于董事会认为公司已达成复牌指引所规定的所有要求，公司已向联交所申请于2025年1月21日上午九时正起恢复买卖公司股份。
截至发稿，碧桂园涨超2%。
另外，1月20日，碧桂园宣布，在债权人的支持下，高等法院于2025年1月20日批准了本公司的延期申请。清盘呈请聆讯现被延期至2025年5月26日。
碧桂园同时表示，将依据目前的重组提案继续有序地推进全面重组。1月9日，碧桂园发布公告，宣布境外债务重组提案的关键条款，目标最多削债116亿美元。碧桂园在此前的公告中还表示，已与7家银行组成的协调委员会达成共识，7家银行持有的债务金额约为17.28亿美元。同时，公司正在出售其境外少数权益金融投资，并已就此取得重大进展。截至公告日，约1.4亿美元的出售收益已存入（或计划存入）用于重组提案的指定账户。
