智通财经APP获悉，2025年1月22日，复星医药（600196.SH；02196）关于吸收合并及私有化复宏汉霖（02696）的特别决议案未达成，吸收合并将不予实施，复宏汉霖将保留H股上市地位。
对此，复星医药感谢股东及各界的关注，对复宏汉霖私有化议案未能通过表示遗憾，也充分尊重所有股东的决定，复星医药将一如既往地支持复宏汉霖长期健康发展。
