智通财经APP获悉，石油股继续走低，截至发稿，中海油服(02883)跌2.59%，报7.16港元；昆仑能源(00135)跌1.62%，报7.31港元；中石油(00857)跌0.98%，报6.06港元；中海油(00883)跌0.94%，报18.9港元。
消息面上，特朗普称将宣布国家能源紧急状态，计划提高石油天然气产量，降低消费者成本，或撤销气候法规。周一油价重心回落，布伦特3月合约收盘下跌0.64美元至80.15美元/桶，跌幅0.79%。光大期货认为，整体来看，影响油价的因素较前阶段有边际变化，油价存在高位调整可能。
国际能源署（IEA）在最新月度报告中表示，美国对俄罗斯石油的新一轮制裁可能显著扰乱该国石油供应链，潜在地收紧全球市场。但IEA对俄罗斯供应受制裁影响的评估，比2022年3月乌克兰危机开始及首次抛出制裁措施后更为谨慎。同时，由于非OPEC+产油国的供应增长超过全球需求的温和扩张，今年市场将出现供应过剩。
