乐居财经吴文婷1月21日，据商业地产报道，离开龙湖后，徐猛于昨日入职宝龙，任宝龙商业集团总裁。
公开资料显示，徐猛，1983年出生，本科毕业于南京信息工程大学，后于四川大学取得项目管理硕士学位。其拥有多年商业运营管理经验，在市场洞察、投资拓展、产品规划以及资产运营全周期服务管理等领域经验丰富。
徐猛曾先后任职于万达、龙湖两大商业体系，在其担任龙湖商业华东区域总经理期间，其管理商业项目超过50座天街，总体量近700万方，范围覆盖江浙沪皖地区。
而宝龙商业自2007年开始向零售商业物业的开发商、租户及业主提供商业运营服务。2019年12月30日，宝龙商业管理控股有限公司在香港联合交易所主板成功上市，股票代码HK.9909，成为港股市场第一家商业管理公司。
业绩方面，2024年上半年宝龙商业收入约13.33亿元，同比增长约4.6%；归母净利润约1.95亿元，同比减少24.31%。截至2024年6月30日，宝龙商业共有97处已开业零售商业物业，已签约零售商业物业138个。
值得注意的是，去年11月，宝龙地产发布公告，宣布联席总裁陈德力将辞去其在宝龙地产及宝龙商业的相关职务，该变动自当日起生效。随后，陈德力确认入职大商集团，任大商集团董事局副主席、首席执行官。
