消息面上，财政部综合司司长林泽昌10日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，扩大专项债使用范围；14日央行行长潘功胜表示，我国房地产市场的风险水平已大幅弱化，市场成交水平总体改善。东莞证券指出，在2025年新增发行专项债额度内，地方可根据需要统筹安排用于土地储备和收购存量商品房，这两项政策都将在2025年逐步释放。预计春节过后新一轮政策或将密集出台落地，将提振市场情绪，带动房地产小阳春行情。
此外，1月7日，中国电建地产与贝好家在北京贝壳集团总部签署战略合作协议。根据协议，双方将建立信息、资源共享机制，在房地产项目投资开发、代建等领域结成战略合作伙伴关系。据悉，中国电建地产与贝好家此前已有成功合作案例。此次与中国电建地产的战略合作，是贝好家C2M模式的成功验证，双方共赢为行业提供了示范。
