AuMake Partners With Sichuan Airlines Unit in E-Commerce Deal; Shares Down 17%

AuMake (ASX:AUK) partnered with Sichuan Airlines E-Commerce, a Sichuan Airlines subsidiary, in a two-year agreement making Aumake Hong Kong as an authorized supplier to the airline's e-commerce platform, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The partnership includes access to Sichuan Airlines' 100 domestic and international routes, serving over 30 million passengers annually, the filing said.

The agreement comes after the completion of first order worth AU$281,361, including premium high-margin Australian alcohol products, fulfilled and paid for by Sichuan Airlines E-Commerce, according to the filing.

Shares fell nearly 17% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
