Smart Share Global (EM) said Tuesday that it has retained Kroll as its independent financial advisor and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as its US legal counsel for an evaluation of a non-binding Jan. 5 "going private" proposal from Trustar Mobile Charging Holdings,
The company said that no decisions have been made with regard to the proposal and that no definitive offer has been received.
Shares of the company were up around 5% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
