智通财经APP讯，易和国际控股(08659)发布公告，于2025年1月21日(交易时段后)，公司与魏国春先生(潜在卖方)就集团可能收购北京箴品网络科技有限公司(箴品网络)的30%股权订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。
公告称，由于预期谅解备忘录项下可能收购事项为集团的上游业务，若成事，将扩大集团的收入来源及稳定电商平台的供应链，因此订立谅解备忘录符合集团及其股东的整体利益。
