1月23日，花旗银行发表研究报告称，随着中国政府扩大并延长以旧换新政策的覆盖范围，该政策的补贴活动已于1月20日正式启动。花旗认为，这一政策将为京东、阿里巴巴和拼多多等电商平台的第一季度收入增长提供进一步支持。
花旗银行在报告中指出，原先的以旧换新政策已经显著推动了京东和阿里巴巴的业务表现，并预计这两家公司去年第四季度的收入增长超出预期。因此，花旗相信，将相关政策延长至今年，并涵盖更多3C类别产品，将进一步支持电商平台第一季度收入的稳健增长。
花旗银行重申其对电商行业的优先排序为京东、阿里巴巴和拼多多。
