“蛇年火锅年夜饭”走俏 海底捞接到除夕预订约4万桌
本报讯 （记者李静）临近2025年春节，“新春火锅局”成为许多消费者的新年聚餐选择，记者从海底捞国际控股有限公司（以下简称“海底捞”）方面了解到，在海底捞聚餐的热度逐渐攀升，年夜饭预订尤其火爆。截至1月21日，全国海底捞已接到除夕用餐预订约4万桌。据悉，2025年春节，将有超800家海底捞火锅在除夕营业，为消费者呈上年味四溢的新春盛宴，尽显消费市场的蓬勃活力。
海底捞后台数据显示，截至1月21日，全国海底捞已接到除夕当日用餐预订约4万桌。2025年春节，将有超800家海底捞火锅在除夕开门迎客，超1000家门店在大年初一开门。从初二开始，全国超1300家海底捞火锅全面恢复正常营业。
海底捞相关负责人对《证券日报》记者表示，目前在海底捞聚餐的热度逐渐攀升，公司年会、大学生聚会等团餐需求在1月22日“小年”这天达到顶峰，随后的春节前夕，家宴团聚的需求则显著上升。
此外，春节期间在家欢聚用餐的需求也在显著上升，据了解，海底捞外送适时推出了新年嗨嗨11荤8素5-6人套餐、新年发发12荤9素8人套餐，让多人火锅聚会变得热气腾腾。相关负责人介绍道，顾客可以在海底捞外送微信小程序和第三方外卖平台下单，将美味送到家，“为了让顾客的火锅家宴吃得更加方便和舒心，海底捞外送还提供助餐服务，由海底捞外送员工专人配送，为顾客进行锅底调配、菜品摆台、菜品介绍，让春节家宴更有仪式感”。
