智通财经APP讯，周大福(01929)公布，该集团截至2024年12月31日止三个月(第三季度)零售值同比下降14.2%。
季内，内地直营店及加盟店的同店销售分别同比下降16.1%及12.3%。香港及澳门市场继续受到市民外游以及内地旅客消费模式和喜好转变所影响，同店销售同比减少21.3%。香港的同店销售下跌16.9%，而澳门则减少35.3%。
黄金首饰及产品类别包括按重量及固定价格出售的黄金产品。该产品类别的同店平均售价于季内维持韧性。内地的平均售价上升至6,300港元(2024财政年度第三季度：5,500港元)，香港及澳门的平均售价则上升至8,800港元(2024财政年度第三季度：8,200港元)。
尽管宏观环境仍不明朗，但珠宝镶嵌、铂金及K金首饰于内地的同店销售跌幅呈收窄趋势。受惠于集团有效的年度促销活动，香港及澳门的同店销售增长33.7%。内地珠宝镶嵌首饰的平均售价上升至10,100港元(2024财政年度第三季度：8,100港元)，而香港及澳门的平均售价则维持在17,500港元(2024财政年度第三季度：17,400港元)。
