联交所较早前对指尖悦动(06860.HK) 及八名前任董事采取纪律行动。指尖悦动董事会表示，目前概无受纪律行动声明中所述董事不适合性声明及损害投资者权益声明所规限的公司前任董事担任公司及其附属公司的任何董事或高级管理层职位。
联交所早前裁定，指尖悦动于2018年7月上市，两个营业日后，该公司使用上市所得款项净额的46%认购非上市财富管理产品，严重偏离其招股章程所述的上市所得款项拟定用途。另外，2018年至2021年间，该公司授出或延长22笔贷款，总额约4.265亿元人民币。大部分相关贷款均无抵押。该公司并未有足够及有效的内部监控措施管治其放贷活动，且直到大多数贷款出现违约情况之前，董事会对有关放贷活动一直都没有妥善监督。(sl/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
