美国总统特朗普与软银集团、OpenAI和甲骨文的高管共同宣布了投资规模达到千亿美元的人工智能（AI）基建联合项目，旨在加快这一新兴技术的发展。

　　“我们将以前所未有的投资在我们的国家启动这一（人工智能）项目，”特朗普周二在白宫表示。

　　特朗普与软银的孙正义、OpenAI的奥特曼以及甲骨文的埃里森一起出席了这一AI项目的宣布活动。孙正义表示，该联合项目将“立即”部署1000亿美元，并计划将投资规模增加到至少5000亿美元，用于建设数据中心、AI园区等项目。微软和英伟达等公司预计也将参与其中。

　　特朗普表示，他将通过动用紧急权力和行政令来便利项目建设，其中包括能源支持。特朗普与这三家企业的高管在讲话中强调了人工智能在医疗等领域的潜在应用，将推动美国经济增长。

　　“人工智能为我们每个人、为每一位美国人带来了非凡的前景，”埃里森表示。

　　受最新AI投资项目激励，软银股价在亚洲早盘一度大涨近8%，创去年9月以来最大涨幅。
