智通财经APP讯，泰林科建(06193)公布，于2025年1月21日，公司间接全资附属公司泰林科技(江苏南通)有限公司与海螺水泥(00914)在中国上海区域的三间附属公司订立一份战略合作协议。
根据战略合作协议，海螺附属公司同意在同地区同等条件下优先向江苏泰林供应水泥、砂石骨料、混凝土用外加剂(统称“水泥产品”)，及江苏泰林同意在同地区同等条件下优先向海螺附属公司采购水泥产品。具体供应及采购水泥产品以订约方公平磋商后订立的独立个别协议为准。该集团将运用水泥产品于生产目的。
考虑到海螺水泥作为领先的水泥行业龙头，其具有资源优势、成本优势、技术优势和品牌优势，及其水泥产品的高品质和良好声誉，董事会认为签订战略合作协议将使集团能够获得可持续和稳定的水泥产品采购渠道，从而支持集团的运营需求和增长目标。
