Jan 22 (Reuters) - LNG exporter Venture Global lowered the offer price for its initial public offering in the U.S. on Wednesday, effectively increasing the number of shares it plans to sell to raise $1.89 billion.
It now aims to sell shares at a price range of $23 to $27 compared with its prior target of $40 to $46 per share.
