凤凰网科技讯 1月21日，爱奇艺《漂白》抄袭事件发酵，编剧陈枰发表最新声明表示，深度报道《漂白》和小说《漂白》均是针对同一真实刑事案件创作的作品，二者彼此享有独立的著作权，且不可侵犯。
对于 “抄袭”“盗用” 等概念的使用，陈枰强调应当剔除公有领域概念、有限表达等不受《著作权法》保护的内容。她表示，“漂白” 概念的使用明显属于公有领域概念，并非作者独创。
陈枰还提到，深度报道作者所提出的所谓 “抄袭事实”，均属于公有领域内容或有限表达，不受《著作权法》保护。仅凭借几处大致雷同的词语，在数量上占比不到小说《漂白》字数的 1%，不具备核心表达意义，也不符合 “接触 + 实质性相似” 的侵权要件要求，在法律上不构成抄袭事实。
陈枰认为深度报道作者在网上的所有言论，均属于没有法律知识的臆想，无法律依据。她表示，若对方执念不消，可以此发起诉讼。同时，她在声明中称 “身正不怕影子斜，与其在网上蹭热度，不如拿起法律的武器，我方定会奉陪”，展现出坚定的态度和通过法律途径解决问题的决心。
