证监会公布，昨日(23日)在东区裁判法院针对林泰丰及其姐夫柯俊年展开刑事法律程序，两人涉嫌在2017年4月9日至2018年3月7日期间，串谋就百信国际(00574.HK) 股份进行虚假交易。林泰丰亦被控在2017年6月2日至2018年3月14日期间，八次没有就其于百信股份的权益变动通知联交所。
二人暂时无须答辩。被告申请将案件押后，以获取法律意见，法院遂将案件押后至今年3月20日提堂。两人亦获准在缴交共7万元的保释金及人事担保金后保释。(vc/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
