摩根士丹利首席执行官Ted Pick称，被压抑的并购需求，尤其是私募股权公司的需求，有望刺激交易活动激增。

　　他称，私募股权是一个重要的催化剂，并补充称，并购市场一直低于趋势线，我认为几年后将处于趋势线或更高水平。

　　Pick几个月来一直在说该行业正处于多年投资银行周期的转折点，上周还表示摩根士丹利待处理的并购交易达到七年来最高水平。

　　自唐纳德·特朗普去年11月赢得大选以来，华尔街对他的第二个任期表示欢迎，认为他促进增长的议程对金融业有利。摩根大通全球银行业务联席负责人Filippo Gori周三在达沃斯表示，新政府“显然让动物精神重新回到了市场”。
