周大福零售值同比降14.2% 内地直营店同店销售下降16.1%
财中社1月22日电周大福（01929）发布公告，宣布截至2024年12月31日止的三个月主要经营数据。公告显示，集团零售值同比下降14.2%，其中中国香港、澳门及内地市场的零售值分别下降13%和20.4%。同店销售方面，中国香港及澳门市场的同店销售下降了21.3%，而内地的直营店和加盟店同店销售则分别下降16.1%和12.3%。在此期间，内地直营店的平均售价上升至6300港元，香港及澳门的平均售价则升至8800港元。
公告还指出，尽管宏观经济环境仍然不明朗，但通过有效的年度促销活动，香港及澳门的同店销售实现了33.7%的增长。集团在内地开设了两家新概念店，初步成功，销售效益超出平均水平。同时，集团优化了零售网络，季内在内地关闭了261个零售点，并在香港及澳门新增了2个零售点，以把握当地市场需求。整体而言，周大福在面对挑战的同时，继续采取措施以提升销售和市场份额。
