金吾财讯 | 中国神华(01088)公布，公司拟收购国家能源集团公司持有的杭锦能源100%股权，对价为人民币8.53亿。完成后，公司煤炭产能将合计增加2,570万吨/年，煤电发电机组装机容量增加1,200MW。杭锦能源拥有1座在建煤矿(塔然高勒井田)、3座已投产煤矿(雁南矿、扎尼河露天矿、敏东一矿)及鄂温克电厂2×600MW煤电发电机组。本次交易将使公司煤炭保有资源量增至约375.3亿吨、可采储量增至约174.5亿吨。
