智通财经APP讯，杭州银行(600926.SH)发布公告，杭州银行股东澳洲联邦银行与新华保险于2025年1月24日签署了《澳洲联邦银行与新华人寿保险股份有限公司之股份转让协议》，约定澳洲联邦银行以协议转让方式向新华保险转让其持有的公司股份329,638,400股，占公司已发行普通股总股本的5.45%。本次权益变动事项尚待依法履行监管审批程序。
各方同意，受让方购买转让方所持杭州银行股份的每股价格为人民币13.095元/股，本次股份转让价款为人民币4,316,614,848元。
