智通财经APP获悉，中国神华(01088)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.43%，报31.7港元，成交额2.08亿港元。
消息面上，中国神华公布，预计该集团2024年度的归属于公司所有者的本年利润为人民币607亿元至人民币637亿元，同比下降6.1% 至1.4%。大和发布研报称，神华2024年第四季纯利为101亿元至131亿元人民币(下同)，意味着同比下降16.4%至增长8.3%。由于期内减值亏损和非经营性开支较少，该业绩可能略高于该行预测的102亿元。报告指，神华的下一个催化因素是将于2025年3月底披露的2024年年度股息，预测为每股2.2元。该行预测在上述三月份的催化因素被计入后，煤价暴跌可能会影响神华的股价。
此前，中国神华宣布以8.5亿元人民币向母公司国家能源集团收购煤电资产，并公布未来三年股东回报规划方案，将派息比率提高至不低于65%。大和认为，尽管中国神华在2019-2023年间的派息率维持在60-100%，令现时公布的65%相形见绌，但该行认为中期股息是一个正面的惊喜，并未被投资者广泛预期。
