智通财经APP讯，深圳高速公路股份(00548)发布公告，2024年未经审核归属于上市公司股东的净利润预计为人民币11.64亿元至人民币13.96亿元，与截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年)相比，减少约人民币9.31亿元至人民币11.64亿元(或约40%-50%)。2024年，本集团未经审核归属于上市公司股东扣除非经常性损益后的净利润预期约人民币10.50亿元至人民币12.83亿元，与2023年相比，减少约人民币9.57亿元至人民币11.90亿元(或约43%-53%)。
2024年度，本集团主营业务总体呈稳定发展态势，本期业绩同比减少的主要原因有：一是2023年度本集团因参股企业联合置地开发的梅林关更新项目商品房交付确认了投资收益，预计2024年度该投资收益大幅减少;二是受年内经营项目所在地区不利天气、节假日免费、专项维修费用增加等因素影响，经营利润有所减少;三是根据公司初步测算，计提了存货及应收款项等资产的减值。
