智通财经APP讯，ESR(01821)发布公告，内容有关根据国家发改委及中国证监会推出的试点计划，透过公开募集基础设施证券投资基金将位于中国江苏省昆山市的三个高标准物流项目江苏富莱德仓储有限公司一期、江苏富莱德仓储有限公司二期及江苏富莱德仓储有限公司三期于上海证券交易所潜在上市。建议交易的所有先决条件均已获达成，而建议交易已于2025年1月24日完成。证券投资基金将于2025年1月24日上午九时三十分在上海证券交易所上市，股份代号为508078。
紧接基金单位认购及建议交易完成后，公司透过证券投资基金实际持有项目公司的41%股权，项目公司不再为公司附属公司，且终止于集团综合财务报表内综合入账。
根据建议交易，集团收到的资产出售所得款项净额(经扣除(i)发行费用及税项;(ii)现有银行贷款还款;及(iii)集团对41%基金单位的投资)约为人民币9.53亿元。
