智通财经APP获悉，禅游科技(02660)盈警后跌逾9%，截至发稿，跌9.73%，报2.32港元，成交额272.33万港元。
消息面上，1月21日，禅游科技发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占净利润较截至2023年12月31日止年度将录得大约35%至45%的减少。
预期减少主要是由于：新产品及游戏新玩法销售低于预期，以及2024年游戏市场普遍低迷，导致集团收益下跌约15%至25%；更高的游戏运营成本，导致集团毛利率下降约5%至10%；及因转移公司间接全资附属公司深圳市禅游科技股份有限公司的留存利润人民币500百万元至集团，使集团及其股东整体受惠，而产生额外税项约人民币70百万元。
