China Bohai Bank (HKG:9668) elected Wang Jinhong as chairman of the board, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company also appointed Au Siu Luen as vice chairman of its board.
The appointments are effective immediately and will continue until the expiry of the term of the sixth session of the board of the bank.
