消息面上，特朗普21日宣布，软银集团、美国开放人工智能研究中心和甲骨文公司三家企业将投资5000亿美元，用于在美国建设支持AI发展的基础设施。此外，特朗普拟任能源部长克里斯·赖特计划优先发展美国核能生产。浙商证券指出，AI催化下核聚变发展有望提速。
此外，摩根士丹利发布研报称，全球最大的铀生产商哈萨克国家原子能公司(KazAtomProm)的产量指引目标有下调风险，而过往该公司下调指引，均对铀矿价格和中广核矿业有明显的影响。该行预计，中广核矿业的股价将在15天内有约六至七成机会上涨。
