芬克在达沃斯世界经济论坛间隙接受采访时表示，比特币可以对冲对货币贬值和政治不稳定的担忧。
他说：“如果你害怕你的货币贬值，或者你害怕你的国家的经济或政治稳定，你可以拥有一种名为比特币的国际工具，它将克服这些当地的恐惧。”
他还提到，他经常与主权财富基金讨论将其投资组合的2%至5%配置为比特币的可能性。
芬克大胆预测：“如果每个人都接受这种说法，比特币的价格将达到50万、60万、70万美元。”
芬克对比特币的看法随着时间的推移而变化。早在2017年，他就曾说过一句名言：“比特币只是向你展示了世界上有多少洗钱需求。”
